Johnpaul's passion for Chicago's diverse neighborhoods led him to a career in real estate. Born and raised in Chicago, he grew up on the Northwest Side and has lived in Logan Square for the past seven years. He started by specializing in luxury rentals and first-time homebuyers, setting records at his previous companies. In 2020, he proudly joined a $60 million team at Baird & Warner.

In late 2023, due to his impressive sales record and recognition as a rising star in the Chicago real estate market, Johnpaul was sought after by Coldwell Banker Realty, where he currently brings his expertise and dedication to his clients.
